We at Jay Kay Sportswear, pride ourselves by offering our customers with High Quality goods consistently. We strive for complete Customer satisfaction which is Our Priority. All goods must be returned in its Original Form i.e. Unwashed, Unworn and free of Damages within 15 Days of receiving the Order.
Return and Exchanges are processed between 5-7 Business days after receiving goods at our facility.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Should we issue return label, your refund will be processed back onto your original Payment method minus the shipping fee.
